Join the Montgomery, Greene and Warren County Boards of Developmental Disabilities for the kickoff of their monthly School-to-Adult Life (S.A.L.T.) Education Series in September. Sessions will be offered in all three counties for parents of individuals ages 14-22 with developmental disabilities AND the individuals themselves. Each session is free of charge and will tackle a different topic that addresses the transition from school to adulthood for people with disabilities, including: waiver funding, provider and housing options, social security benefits and work incentives, guardianship and investing for the future. All sessions will be held from 6 to 7:30.
