The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services has been gathering food, medical and cleaning supplies, and paper products to help those who receive and deliver services from our agency. These supplies are available through our Pandemic Resource Center, and are available by appointment. We have a dedicated page on our website that includes a list of items that are available. This list will be updated at the end of each day, and is located at https://www.mcbdds.org/covid19resources.
- If you need supplies and are a person who currently receives services from our agency, please contact your Service and Support Administrator (SSA) or Developmental Specialist (DS), and let them know.
- If you don’t know who your SSA or DS is, please call 937-910-6041 and let the person answering the phone know that you are calling the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and need to speak to someone about your caseworker.
- If you are a certified provider of services that is part of our service network, and your agency needs supplies, please email providerhelp@mcbdds.org or call 937-457-2808 and let folks know what resources you need. (Note: This is a different phone number than recently published, but please use it moving forward.)
Please note: Supplies are only available for pick-up by appointment. It is very important that people DO NOT come to an MCBDDS building without an appointment, as we may not have the supplies you need on hand.
