The 2022 Art & Soul is going to be full in-person event at the Dayton Metro Library with the artists’ gallery and celebrating with a full award ceremony. Submissions are now open as of October 21, 2021. You can submit your artwork to info@artandsoulohio.com. Submissions close Monday, December 20, 2021 and judging begins January 6, 2022.
