Be Ready by 5 is an initiative that helps families in Montgomery County, Ohio connect to resources to help them prepare their children for success in kindergarten and beyond.
The program helps families understand what it means to be ready for kindergarten, and provides an eligibility screener for programs in the following areas:
- Pregnancy Support
- Parent and Family Connections
- Developmental Milestones
- Health, Wellness and Safety
- High-Quality Childcare and Preschool
