The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services is asking all stakeholders to complete its 2020 Consumer Satisfaction Survey and Needs Assessment. Any member of the community can complete this brief survey, whether it be a person served, their family members, friends, provider staff and leadership, MCBDDS staff, or community members.
The instrument, which is available electronically via Survey Monkey, can be accessed at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/N7NC9DB.
All participants are asked to complete the survey no later than Tuesday, June 30 at 4:30 p.m.
