The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services has relocated its Ritchey Administrative Center from its 5450 Salem Avenue address to the Annex building on its Northview Center campus. The Annex is located directly behind Northview at 8112 North Main Street, Dayton, Ohio, 45415.
Departments moving to the new Administrative Center location at the Northview Annex include:

- Financial Management
- Human Resources
- Miami Valley In-Ovations
