MCBDDS will hold a Booster Shot clinic Friday, November 19 for people served and their caregivers who received the Pfizer vaccine more than six months ago and meet specific eligibility requirements.
Appointments will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m. To qualify, a person must live or work in a congregate situation and meet the age and medical requirements in the following document: https://bit.ly/3lhL8hy
The clinic will be held at Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church, 1501 W. Third Street, Dayton, 45402. Please note: This clinic is only for people that received the Pfizer vaccine. Booster shots are not recommended for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines at this time.
