Requirements (subject to change):
- 15 day advance notification required for use; 30 days preferred
- Users must pick up and return table to MCBDDS in the same condition it was loaned to them no later than two days after the event.
- Users must sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreeing that borrower is responsible for table while in use, and must educate users about how to operate table (MCBDDS will provide instructions that must be posted with the table). Users will be liable for damages to table or theft of table, up to and including repairs or replacement of table.
