Effective immediately and until further notice, providers and MCBDDS staff should use the following to report MUIs and UIs:
Reporting MUIs: All Major Unusual Incidents (MUIs) must be reported within 4 hours via the HelpLink number at 937-457-2765 or by emailing a new temporary email address: mui@montgomerydds.org.
Reporting UIs: All Unusual Incidents (UIs) must be reported via the HelpLink number at 937-457-2765 or by emailing a new temporary email address as soon as possible: ui@montgomerydds.org.
