Art & Soul Exhibit kicks off this Saturday, April 13

Drop by the Dayton Metro Library Main Branch this Saturday between 3 and 5 p.m. for the 2019 Art & Soul Art Exhibit and Reception, sponsored by Partners For Community Living and Toward Independence. This juried exhibit features pieces created by artists with developmental disabilities from across Ohio. Cash awards will be presented to the top 10 artists during the Opening Reception held, which will be held in the Opportunity Space on St. Clair Room at the Library. Learn how Remote Support Technology helps promote success in independent living and supports a person’s need for greater independence. See how off-site caregivers can monitor and respond to the safety and needs of people living in the community through two-way communication in real time, including home-based sensors, cameras and other technology.
