Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church
MCBDDS will hold a Booster Shot clinic Monday, December 13 for people served and their caregivers. Anyone who received the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines more than six months ago is eligible. This clinic will again be at Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church, 1501 W. Third Street, Dayton, 45402. Appointments begin at 1 p.m. and end at 3 p.m. Those interested in receiving a booster must schedule an appointment by emailing email@example.com or by calling 937-457-2808 and must indicate which vaccine they wish to receive.

Join us Monday, December 13 for the "12 Days of Self-Advocacy." This year's theme is "INSPIRE," a virtual event to help individuals find what inspires them. This event will feature a variety of presentations each day for 12 days, followed by discussions of the content. Participants will be able to watch these presentations at 4 p.m. each day via Zoom. LADD's Center for Community Engagement
This class fulfills the requirements for initial Medication Administration Certification, Category 3 (Insulin) renewal. Attendees that become certified through this class will need their own delegating nurse for the actual oversight of the insulin administration; the trainer will not provide oversight.
