S.A.L.T. - School to Adult Life Transition Series™ is a FREE monthly series developed to provide a learning opportunity, along with the resources and guidance, to families of children with disabilities TO HELP navigate the transition through school to adult life and beyond.

Participants will get a card stating the successful completion of course curriculum in CPR valid for two years through the American Red Cross. This meets the required standard for Provider Certification through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. Training includes the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
