SALT-TEENS & ME: Fun Times!

The School to Adult Life Transition Series (SALT) is a monthly series of webinars designed to help students with developmental disabilities and their families navigate the transition from school to adult life. There are two sets of webinars—one for families, and one for teens themselves—and each provides resources and guidance on topics ranging from future planning and services to employment and independent living.

DODD How to Guide Training Series 

This training will empower current Medicaid providers and others interested – to shift their focus to building successful sustainable businesses that employ members of their community – especially those with disabilities. The 10 training sessions of this course will allow participants to get familiar with and begin using the How-To Guide and the tools, techniques, and templates.
